About Stewart M. Cowan
Stewart M. Cowan has been practicing law since late 1985. He worked for three small law firms before opening his own in 1990. He is dedicated to representing people and small businesses. He is a proud member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. He has been a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court Small Claims court since 1996 and Traffic Court Judge Pro Tem since 2006. Mr. Cowan is a proud member of the San Diego Better Business Bureau, and has been for a number of years.
